Doctor José Monzón Álamo

As a dialysis expert and a very skilled doctor in all aspects of medical care, Dr. José Monzón Álamo, with his two dialysis centers in Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura, has made a great contribution to the lives of many dialysis patients who wanted to go on holidays to the Canary Islands. Born in 1947 in the island of Gran Canaria, Dr.Monzón got his medical degree in the University of Salamanca, one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Spain. Following his medical studies he worked for two years in the Psychiatric Hospital of Gran Canaria. Afterwards, he decided to extent his professional carrier at the General Hospital of Asturias, pioneer hospital for medical specialties, where he specialized both on internal medicine as well as on nephrology, field to which he has dedicated most of his professional carrier.

We have a great medical team specially skilled on dialysis as well as in all related renal patients´ needs. Our work is characterized by our friendly contact to the patient. The attention we dedicate to our patients is the result of our knowledge and experience.
